We describe our products as accurately as possible on the product pages. All images, specifications, and data are for reference only and do not constitute a legally binding commitment.

Product images aim to accurately reflect the products sold. However, due to screen display, lighting, and other factors, the color in the image may differ slightly from the actual color of the product.

The prices shown on the product pages are current prices and already include all fees. No additional charges will be applied. As goods are shipped from a non-EU country (China), delivery and customs handling may vary depending on the destination. We have already paid the relevant taxes at the time of shipping, so buyers do not need to bear these costs. If additional import taxes, duties, or customs fees are still incurred after the goods arrive in the destination country, such costs shall be borne by the buyer. If customs policies change, we will try to inform you in advance.

All prices are subject to change without notice due to printing or typographical errors.

Article 5 — Order Conclusion

When you place an order and complete payment on the MOCGI website, the order is confirmed once we have accepted it.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email after dispatch. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a refund. Please provide a correct email address so that we can reach you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following cases:

The product is out of stock;
The price or product information is clearly incorrect;
Fraud or abuse is suspected.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

ou have the right to request cancellation of your order within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with these Terms.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a designated representative receives the goods.

During the withdrawal period, please handle the product and its packaging with care. You may unpack or inspect the product only to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it, and you must not use it excessively.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods should generally be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice. You must be able to prove that the goods were shipped on time, for example by providing a shipping receipt or dispatch confirmation.

If you neither notify us of cancellation nor return the product after these periods have expired, the order will be considered final and cannot be cancelled.

Article 7 — Costs of Cancellation

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will generally bear the return shipping costs.

If you have already paid, we will refund the amount as soon as possible after receiving the return, usually within a reasonable time.

Article 8 — Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

Products made to your personal specifications or clearly personalized;
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons;
Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing accessories.

Article 9 — Price and Payment

The prices listed on the product pages are current prices. For eligible destinations, orders may be delivered on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. We bear the relevant import taxes and duties where applicable, and buyers generally do not need to pay any additional fees for eligible DDP destinations.

Payment is generally required at checkout. If a different payment arrangement is agreed, payment should be completed within 7 working days.

If you notice an error in your payment information, please contact us immediately.

Article 10 — Quality and Warranty

We strive to ensure that our products conform to the descriptions on the product pages and to applicable legal requirements.

If you discover a clear defect or receive an incorrect item, please contact us in writing as soon as possible. We will handle your issue within a reasonable time.

The warranty may not apply if:

You have repaired or modified the product yourself;
The product has been used improperly;
The material shortage is due to government regulations regarding the materials used.

Article 11 — Delivery and Performance

We will exercise reasonable care when accepting and executing orders.

Goods will be delivered to the address you provide when placing your order.

Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be fulfilled within the timeframes indicated in our Shipping Policy. If the original item cannot be shipped, we may offer an alternative product for you to choose from.

The risk of damage or loss of the goods remains with us until the parcel is confirmed as delivered. Once the logistics provider marks the parcel as delivered, the risk shall pass to the buyer.

Note on "Delivery": A parcel marked as "delivered" by the logistics provider (including but not limited to being left at the door of your specified delivery address, at the front desk, in a parcel locker, at a pickup point, or at any other location you have authorized) shall be deemed successfully delivered, and the risk shall pass to the buyer from that moment. Please check your parcel promptly.

If you wish to specify a different delivery method or have special delivery requirements, please inform us in advance at the time of ordering or before shipment. If the order has already been shipped, any related delivery arrangements must be communicated and confirmed by you directly with the logistics provider.

Article 12 — Complaints Procedure

Complaints regarding product defects should be submitted as soon as possible. We will respond to complaints within a reasonable time.

If the complaint cannot be resolved amicably, a dispute may arise.

Article 13 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

Damage caused by improper use of the product;
Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions;
Indirect losses, loss of profit, or loss of data.

We will try to assist you in resolving issues within a reasonable scope.

Article 14 — Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, customs delays, or logistics interruptions.

Article 15 — Intellectual Property

The MOCGI brand name, logo, product images, designs, and website content are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be copied, used, or distributed without our written permission.

Article 16 — Disputes

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. We are willing to first try to resolve disputes amicably with you.
